I am back with another amazon finds! This time I am sharing all of the workout essentials that I am currently loving myself and help make my workouts more effective! I mostly focus on glutes, hamstrings, and obliques and found these are the most helpful workout items where I have seen results! I also include a few must-haves for during and after my workouts. 1 // Comes with 3 bands and an on-the-go must-have pouch. The best workout equipment I own that intensifies my booty workouts. I perfer this over the rubber bands because these are washable, they don’t move out of place, and it is made out of premium/durable fabric.
2 // Foam rollers are best used to release muscle tension, reduce post-workout soreness, and improve overall flexibility. Plus, it’s pink in other words – had to have it!
3 // Yoga mat is a necessity in my household. This specific one is 1/2″ thick and is comfortable! It is anti-tear and moisture-resistant (yes!) and can be easily rolled back up and clipped for on-the-go.
4 // Get the best of your ab workouts by utilizing the Peach Band core slider! It activates and engages your core and perfect to target your abdominals, chest, arms, butt, and legs! This one is unique because it has the smooth thermoplastic side for carpets and the high-density foam side on hardwood, laminate, or tiles.
5 // A necessity! This gallon bottle is all that you’ll need to stay hydrated during your workouts. Most importantly, it is a time marked to remind you to drink your water throughout the day to meet your daily goal along with motivational words.
6 // Resistant band bar is a great replacement for heavier equipment. It is versatile and great for upper and lower body workouts. I love using them to target fat on my upper shoulder blades and building strength.
7 // Ankle weights are a great way to challenge your workouts. Toned legs are a must for me and these ankle weights do the job!
8 // Comes in 5 different sizes and aids in your workouts but heating up your core. It mostly takes care of extra water weight but I feel like it has really helped gear up my weight loss by wearing this during every workout session.
9 // Kettlebells are my go-to for engaging my obliques and core.
10 // Resistant tube bands – unlike the band bar mentioned above, these bands are my go-to for specifically my arm workouts. It’s great for a full-body workout but I find it my go-to for targeting my arm fat. It comes in a 5-set piece – 3 resistance bands with handles, a door anchor, and a travel bag.
