Almost everyday I reach for my neutral palettes whether it’s to darken up my outer crease area or just simply because I want that soft eye look! You can NEVER go wrong with a neutral palette. I know most people think neutral skin-like tones can make you look more tired, but I beg to differ. I feel like as long as you know the different techniques and eye looks you can create from using neutral shades,
I have tried lots of different nude eye palettes but nothing compares to these TOP 5! If you are looking for the next neutral/nude palette – YOU CAME to the RIGHT place! I included 3 high end and two drugstores I love (one drugstore that I currently hit pan this past week! Needless to say, I will be ordering a new one soon.)
Top 5 neutral/nude palettes to own!

- “Transition Palette” by DOMINIQUE COSMETICS // I wanted to start out with this one because these shades are very versatile! It has a range of warm to cool neutral matte shades. You can use this palette to contour, brighten areas around your face, you can EVEN use this palette to enhance your brows, etc! Completely multi-use and will be included in a separate post coming soon! The quality and formula make it a standout in my collection.
- HUDA Beauty “Nude Obsessions” Eyeshadow Palette // This is my alternative to the “pumpkin spice” (limited edition from 2020) by Too faced as pictured above. Who said champagne/metallic shades are not considered neutral shades? Metallic neutral shades are what sold me to get this! The shade collection in this palette are simply beautiful and gives the perfect pop of metallic shades.
- Too Faced “Natural Eyes” Palette // These shades are incredibly versatile as well, I can use it to create a more natural look or go a little more dramatic all in one palette. You only need a small amount on the brush to get your desired look.
- Physicians Formula “Shimmer Strips” All-In-1 // I love this on-the-go neutral palette. Lots of shimmers in this one, but packed with pigmented shades that lasts a long while with a good primer! I typically use this to highlight my inner corner of my eyes and give my eyes a pop of metallic shimmer.
- Wet n Wild “Color Icon” // A very budget-friendly eye palette! I love this palette not just because it’s an affordable but the shades are surprisingly pigmented and with a good eye base, these shades are long lasting. Highly recommend this one!
