All of these are my long summer days essentials and a must-have while I am out on the beach. Ranging from skincare to makeup, I have plenty of inspiration to add to your beach bag this summertime. - Good Size Beach Tote // Of course, we need to start with a trendy beach bag to hold all of the goodies. I am obsessed with this beach bag design along with the cute peachy poms to add some more style to it.
- Sunglasses // A necessity all summer long! These ones are my favorite.
- Sun hat // Wear a sunhat that is trendy and gives you some shade!
- Speakers // I love my JBL speakers for when I am with a group of friends/family. It’s water/sand proof which makes this perfectly safe to have out on the beach and enjoy some good stereo bass!
- Lip Balm // We definitely don’t need our lips getting dry in the summer. Keep them moisturized and safe from the UV rays by having this lip balm in reach.
- Detangles Brush // We all know wet brushes are the best! The mini size is perfect for on-the-go and is a huge space saver in my beach tote.
- Makeup Bag // I always keep a cosmetic bag in my beach bag with all the “rescue me” necessities. This specifically holds my brush, hair accessories, lip balm, face refreshing spray, tinted foundation, and wipes.
- Hair Ties // I always pack extra hair ties, specifically this scrunchy!
- Tinted Foundation w/ SPF // You’re gonna need this if you’re going to be outside for long periods at a time.
- Refreshing Face mist w/aloe // After baking under the sun for 30 min to an hour, I like to refresh my face by using this mist. Plus, it has aloe in it to help treat any dry, redness, or irritation from being exposed by the sun.
- Deodorant // I definitely don’t like my underarms to be smelling like I have been baking outside all day. This is a huge pick-me-up and it smells amazing! (Buy also on Amazon)
- Anti-frizz Hair Spray // I love this stuff! If you are in a humid climate area, this is going to be your go-to. (Buy also on Amazon)
- Towel Or Blanket // I always keep an over-size blanket in my beach bag. I always bring along my husband and my two kids and this blanket fits us all! The investment in this over-size blanket was money well spent.
- Stainless Steel Bottle // Gotta stay hydrated my friends! This one is my favorite style and it keeps my water COLD as if I just took it out of the refrigerator.
- Cover-Up // Instead of packing up clothes, I keep a lightweight/versatile cover-up. Perfect to wear over a bathing suit or shorts.
- Water-Resistant Sandals // I love these sandals by Roxy. Talk about perfect for the beach and pool, these sandals are completely water-resistant and fade resistant. I recommend these sturdy sandals rather than the cheap and flimsy ones, just in case I end up walking around the shopping areas by the beach or end up walking along the shore. - Tanning Lotion // With all-natural ingredients, this is my go-to tanning lotion. If you find it hard to tan then you might want to consider this lotion. Bake in the sun while consuming natural ingredients. (Also buy a set from Amazon)
- After Sun Care // After long periods of sunlight, I always make sure to apply after-sun care gel/lotion. It locks in my tan and also helps to reboots skin hydration.
